Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

Final fittings must be made on the date of pick up. If final fittings are not made, the customer is no longer eligible for a full refund. 

In order to qualify for a free repair on a garment altered by us, the customer must return with the garment as well as copy of the receipt within 10 days from scheduled pick up date. Items brought back AFTER the 10 days may be eligible for a repair for half of the original price. 

Garments altered by us that are brought back for repair 30 days after the scheduled pick up date are no longer eligible for free or reduced price repairs.

Linh's Alterations will not be held responsible for items left over 30 days after scheduled pick up date. 

Please allow us at least 14 days to process dress and suit orders.

The customer must communicate with Linh's if they want to request Rush, Express, or Ultra Speedy service. If Linh's decides the garment is eligible for Rush, Express, or Ultra Speedy service, then the customer must pay an extra charge depending the extra service. *Please keep in mind that some garments are not eligible for Rush, Express, or Ultra Speedy service.

If the customer has over 10 articles of clothing, please allow Linh's Alterations at least 14 days to process the order.

Appointments must be made for suit and dress alterations.

Customers requesting dress alterations are required to bring in the undergarments and shoes that will be worn with the dress. Customers who do not have the undergarments and/or shoes will not be serviced.

It is the customer's responsibility to leave valid contact information to allow Linh's to contact them for inquiries about their garment.

Linh's Alterations cannot offer a guaranteed fit on any garment due to possible measurement changes of the customer after the customer has left the store after dropping off their garments.

Linh's Alterations only accept these forms of payment: USD, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay.
